I’ve always wanted to try Jordana blushes but not many places near me carry the brand.
Walgreens carries an extremely limited selection of Jordana products — a few of the lip glosses, some eye pencils, and the Fabu Liner. Duane Reade carries a somewhat larger selection — the Easyshines, some lip glosses, pencils, and the eye shadow duos and singles. However, no one near me seemed to carry the blushes…or so I thought.
There’s a 99 cent plus store in my hometown. I think it’s been there for at least 15 years, perhaps longer. For years, every time I went home I had to go past that place but for one reason or another I’d never stepped foot in that store. Recently, my dad needed to go to that store to get some packing tape. According to him they sell the best quality cheap packing tape. LOL. I decided to go in with him and OMG that store had the biggest Jordana display I’ve ever seen. I didn’t have a chance to take it all in because my father was in a rush, but I did a quick scan with my eyes and noticed the blushes way on the bottom and grabbed one in the shade Coral Sandy Beach. It cost $1.69.
Coral Sandy Beach is a lovely coral pink with a soft, golden sheen. The powder itself is very smooth and blendable, and it’s nicely pigmented and buildable in color.
Here’s a comparison of Coral Sandy Beach with some other coral pink blushes in my stash. Out of all the blushes it’s the most coral. Just looking at its name, no surprise there 😀
