I made some fabulous blueberry muffins with a crumb topping yesterday night. If you’re looking for a fluffy, lighter, cakier blueberry muffin then I totally recommend this recipe.
If, however, you prefer a denser, heavier muffin you can still use the same recipe. In that case, the recipe author suggests substituting some butter for the oil.
Really tasty and very easy to make. This one is definitely going into the recipe box.
